Doula Scholarship Application

Whether you are struggling a lot or a little, you deserve a doula! These packages are created to meet the requirements of Beginnings Birth center and Mountain miracles midwifery and include extensive education with unwavering doula support throughout your pregnancy and birth journey! Please fill out the application below and I will get back to you shortly to let you know what type of scholarship you qualify for.

What’s included in the doula Scholarship?

  • I am available for any urgent or non-urgent questions or concerns you may have throughout your pregnancy. When you think it is baby time, I will support you around the clock by phone until you need my in-person support!

  • Births can be unpredictable. Sometimes babies make a speedy entrance and sometimes they take their sweet time. No matter the length of your birth, I will be there to support you. I will not tack on extra fees if your birth goes longer than anticipated. I will be on call for your birth from 37 week gestation to 42 weeks gestation. If your baby decides to come earlier than 37 weeks, I’ll be there! If I am unable to attend, I will send a trusted back up! No matter your birth journey, you will have the support you need!

  • Starting with your 5-week Childbirth Education course, you have access to the core classes offered by Little Blooming Warriors.

    Our childbirth education and Nourish & Nurture: Newborn Care and Breastfeeding classes satisfy all the education requirements for Beginnings Birth Center clients.

  • I will come to your house and sit with you while we make a comprehensive birth plan that reflects your birth preferences. We’ll talk through any emotions or limiting beliefs you might be experiencing and make sure you are ready to meet your baby.

  • I will hang out 1-2 hours after your baby arrives to make sure everyone is healthy and taken care of. I will feed you foods and help you with baby’s first latch.

  • 1-2 weeks after baby arrives, I will sit down with you to unpack your birth experience. I will check in on the health of you and your baby and make sure that feedings are going okay. I will connect you with any resources you or your baby might need to ensure success moving forward.

To secure a spot on my on-call schedule, there will be a $150 Deposit. After you pay your deposit, the remaining payment plan can be flexible to fit your financial needs.
